Billing & add-ons

Billing is managed under Billing in the admin (owners only).

Add-ons

Two add-ons stack on top of the free base (5 services, 3 users):

• Additional Service — +5 monitored services per unit.
• Additional User — +1 team member per unit.

Click Buy on an add-on to start Stripe Checkout. You can adjust the quantity during checkout and redeem a coupon / promotion code there.

Managing your subscription

Once you have a subscription, use Manage billing to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can change quantities, apply coupons, update payment details, or cancel. Changes sync back automatically and your service/user limits update to match.

How limits update

Your plan limits are derived from your subscription's add-on quantities, so they always reflect what you're paying for.
